The Essex County Clerk's Ourreach Program is coming to the Fairfield Recreation building on Saturday , January 20, 2024 from 9:00am to 11:30am. Appointments will be available for new only Adult Passports (16 years and up), new and renewals of Child Passports (0-15 years), Notary Oaths, Notary Certifications and ALL Essex County Identification Cards.
